Booze Blitz

This was our result of the Spelkollektivet Midsummer game jam in Sweden, it made the 3rd prize for best game mechanic. Antonio Ackalin implemented the (drunken) game mechanic using physics (and other parts), Michael Campos implementing the main menu, (and other parts). We used Unity Engine and the 3D assets are created by Axel Magnuson and me using Blender. Gamedesign and Concept was a effort of all of us.
It was an one week in person game jam with over 60 people participating. I liked the place so much that I decided to stay longer which happened to be 3 month in total. At Spelkollektivet you can book a room and a share office spaces with a every week fluctuating mix of 50 to 70 game developers from all over the world.
Some stay for a few days and some for several years. Some are like me just at the beginning of there journey. And some are already shipping several games on steam. It is especially interesting for indie game development.
There is a little game conference every week where everybody who wants (and stays at the house for the time) is presenting his or her actual progress and learnings. You can view it usually every thursday on Spelkollektivet on Twitch as well.
